They are completely hand made with delicate macaroon cookie shells that encase fillings made of luscious cream or rich mousseline. During warm shipping months, which here in Louisiana is considered April 15 to November 1, we are forced to ship all products containing chocolate by Next Day Air only. All products shipped by this method will come with insulated packaging and gel packs to keep products cool and fresh. In addition, each individual product is contained in beautiful, tasteful packaging to make your gifts all that more special.
